Most photographers wait for the gorgeous golden light just before sunset, but if you’re willing to get up early sunrise can be equally as perfect a time to photograph. From the amazing landscape to the stunning bouquet, this boudoir shoot is all about embracing natural beauty. It has such an ethereal feel and is filled with so many fun pops of color and texture!

From the Photographer | This day started at 4 am to ensure we were able to capture everything imaginable while the sun rose and the water glistened over the lake during this styled bridal portrait session. As you will quickly notice, First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach provided a unique environment to capture and enhance Falesha’s natural beauty with everything surrounding her; some might not even realize that this spot exists, but the photographer transformed the images to match the vision of femininity, strength, and confidence. When we established the vision behind this shoot, we focused on the florals to bring out each and every element, however any Bride would easily fall in love with the idea to embrace their natural beauty, strength, and confidence while taking boudoir images to give their significant other, and most importantly recreating or reusing elements from their special wedding day such as their bouquet, veil, wedding night linger, flower crown, and much more!
